The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the mcgame cashier. mcgame reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with changes effective from the date of publication on the platform.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on mcgame are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mcgame does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs associated with international payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the mcgame cashier and may vary by payment method. Withdrawals below the published minimum threshold will not be processed. Where a Player's balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount, the Player may continue playing to accumulate a withdrawable balance or contact support for guidance.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on mcgame are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds or stake requirements, and game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any ambiguity, mcgame's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus and its associated winnings. Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire within the time window specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
